Report: Accommodations in the Workplace for Employees with Disabilities
Queen's University is pleased to provide this new report, entitled "Accommodations in the Workplace for Employees with Disabilities". The purpose of this study was to further understand workplace accommodation for employees with disabilities in small and medium sized private sector organizations in the business, administration and finance sector. The study was funded by Human Resources and Skills Development Canada in an effort to learn more about attitudes toward disability, recruitment and employability of people with disabilities within this employment sector, and to move towards solutions that will increase successful employment and improve retention rates of these employees.
