Refund and Cancellation Policy

VRA Canada memberships are offered on an annual, time-based basis and provide immediate access to member benefits upon purchase.

Membership Term

All memberships are valid for a one-year period from the date of activation and remain active for the full term purchased.

Refunds

Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership has been activated.

Upon successful payment:

• Membership access is granted immediately
• Members receive access to benefits, resources, and services
• Eligibility for programs and services (including insurance, where applicable) begins

Because access and benefits are made available immediately, memberships cannot be returned, prorated, or refunded.

Cancellations

Members may choose not to renew their membership at the end of the annual term. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current membership period.

No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for unused time within an active membership term.

Billing Errors or Exceptional Circumstances
